new chromakey wall

My intern, Claire, and I made a new chromakey wall in the studio last Friday. Eventually I’m hoping to build a full cyc set in the back part of the space, but this wall will do fine for a couple of the current pieces in the works.

We used a matte paint from Home Depot instead of the true chroma green and it’s working great (at half the cost). I’m lighting it with fluorescents which are also working great. The glares are mainly due to the fact that the paint is still wet in the photo.
